What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, phone number, email address, ID or passport number, county and town, and the M-Pesa number used for payment. We also store the match, package, section and seat quantity you selected.
How we use it
We use your details to hold your seats, confirm payment, issue your QR ticket and contact you about your booking. Payment confirmations are reconciled with Safaricom through our payment gateway.
Who can see it
Only authorised Talanta Sport City KE staff and our payment provider can access booking and payment data. We do not sell your personal data.
Keeping it safe
Data is stored in an encrypted database and access is restricted. We never ask for your M-Pesa PIN.
