Bookings
A booking reserves your selected seats for 2 hours. The booking is confirmed only after payment is verified. Unpaid holds are released automatically.
Tickets
Each QR ticket is valid for one entry and is checked at the gate. Duplicated, altered or screenshot tickets may be refused. Bring a valid ID matching the booking where required.
Payments
Payments are collected via M-Pesa. We never ask for your M-Pesa PIN. Only enter it on the official Safaricom prompt on your own phone.
Changes and refunds
Match dates and kickoff times can change. If a match is cancelled, we will contact affected ticket holders with the available options. Refund requests are handled case by case.
Liability
Talanta Sport City KE is not liable for delays, losses or injuries at the stadium except where required by law. Stadium rules and security checks apply at all times.
